Thank GOD for George Knapp (again), who allowed Gary McKinnon's Mother to plead her son's case for two hours last night. Hours that gave us all insight into what a hacker with Asberger's Syndrome might actually be like. A hacker that left messages (to his own detriment) on the sites he hacked alerting them to how easy it had been, and warning of all the other (Chinese, Russian, etc,...) intruders he had discovered as he searched for evidence of UFO's, and the Free Energy they represented. Energy that could have saved citizens that died from the cold when they could no longer pay their heating bills. Citizens dead at the hand of their elected government as surely as if their leaders had pulled the trigger on the gun secretly held to the heads of those they swore to serve.

Ian Punnett's stock went up when he announced that the EYEWITNESS to the "slipping" of the "underwear bomber" onto Flt 253 in Amsterdam would be the first hour C2C guest tonight.

Suspicions of the Noory/Punnett/CIA connection quickly returned when Punnett allowed his guest to blow by the most obvious question of the interview. Worse, FAST BLAST was turned off and there appeared to be NO WAY to ask the guest before he was gone if the three pre-screened callers failed to do so.

Sooooo, I went to Haskell's website* and asked him myself.

If there had been an equivalent to FOX NEWS, MSNBC, or CNN on Krypton, would the last act of the inhabitants of that doomed planet been to watch the results of the latest agenda-biased polls commissioned to measure their belief in the danger they were in, as their planet exploded beneath them?

Would Jor-El have been pilloried or applauded, slandered or celebrated as his body language was studied on the stage-directed "Nightly News"? Or would he simply have disappeared into a black program designed to save the sons of the hidden elite and not just his own.

Could one Party who lost their grip on power so completely obstruct those that had won, such that the planet itself, and all on it, suffered from the constant demoralizing friction between the two? Until the Galaxy, and all in it, sighed "good riddance" when the combatants were consumed by a slurry of confusion, doubt, and Hate - their burned-out cinder consigned to the cosmic ash heap of history.

I once spotted a new paperback entitled "KRYPTON", and the thought that someone had retold the destruction of that fictional planet in such a way as to be indistinguishable from the world we live in, haunted me (for reasons some of you have already guessed) until I found it again, only to realize it was just a re-telling of the same old story.

Seems I'm going to have to write the new story myself, or more accurately, finish IT.

All he did was discover USN files that mentioned Non-Terrestrial Officers.

Where once a presidential candidate was booed during the TWO MINUTES HATE, now it's Rachel Maddow.

In 1989, we saw footage of Chinese students massing in Tiananmen square. We saw them erect a crude copy of the Statue of Liberty and demand Freedom and Democracy. We saw the Red Army called in by the Politburo to restore order, and we saw Chinese tanks roll in to back them up. We saw the lone man standing in front of one, continually moving to block its progress. What we didn't see was the slaughter that followed.

Many wondered why the United States did nothing.

“We” did nothing because the father of the current President was on his way to China to procure their tacit agreement not to interfere with his own plans for the upcoming Gulf War. The price? “Our” tacit approval of the murder of over ten thousand University students who wanted nothing more than to be like “Us”. No wonder George Herbert Walker Bush threw up at an official Japanese dinner on his way to China. He got his war and China went unchecked. Iraq got it's tacit consent to invade Kuwait and as a result of “liberating” a country even less democratic than China, the United States got to keep it's airbases in Saudi Arabia as surely as Saddam Hussein got to keep his palaces in Baghdad. When asked to leave by the countries that had invited us, we simply said “We'll leave when the job's done...”, even though we were asking for future reprisal of the most virulent kind from the Radical Muslim fundamentalists that viewed our continued presence in the land of Mecca and the Kaaba as the greatest insult possible. Hussein returned to Baghdad, we stayed in Saudi Arabia, and the “job” remained undone...

As 09.09.09 draws to a close, I find myself paraphrasing my own previously paraphrased Bush statement/thought bubble: “The United States does NOT torture”...(but WE do...). It's suddenly obvious why all the pundits who railed against the Teacher Guides that were sent out prior to Obama's speech to schoolchildren screamed so loud...

“Hey, that's OUR job!”.

As I realized at the close of the 20th century, 999 is the number analog tape decks (at least tape decks 10 years ago) rewind to when cued up to in order to begin from 000. At the time, I thought that much more interesting then 999 being 666 upside down. Luckily no one accused me of promoting the Antichrist or satanism as Y2K bore down on a transfixed world, but I certainly saw far more evil hands were busy stacking the deck behind the alcohol haze of "0's" and "1's" that no one really wanted to see.

And they're busy still.

09.09.09!, or as Brad Pitt might say: “YES! YES! YES!” I'm sure he would agree that more than Mercury is retrograde until the 29th, and that at least 9 of the 19 words in the talking point memo pictured above are biased and used only to support an agenda. EXACTLY what everyone objecting to the teacher guides encouraging students to speak their minds, were afraid of only days before the 9th anniversary of 9/11.

This is called projection, and it's just one of the tools that those who stacked the deck, built a house of cards, and then destroyed it on national TV, used in order to have their way with us for 9 years, and to bring us to this very point.

Where no one can ask WHY.

What they may NOT realize is that 999 rezeroes everything, and that today, anyone can see the simple truth that some cable news celebrities do nothing but provide preparatory spin prior to the “news”, and nothing but closing spin afterwards; the very thing they fear is being done to them by EVERYONE THAT DISAGREES. Tonight, Cable News is irrelevant, and not a moment too soon. Exhausted as any unlucky player sent onto the field by a mistaken coach, we're read the 24/7 infotainment cue cards that tell us all we need to know about the big game by coaches that lost our trust long ago. Thus, our exhaustion is no mistake, and luck has nothing to do with the outcome; a continuous score as heavily invested in as ratings or a paycheck - both more important to those who trumpet headlines that end with question marks than the truth about the danger their audience may actually be in by following the judas goat, or how close we all really are to discovering what means more than either. If you die; cannon fodder in the biblical "War For Men's Minds" - looking to them while they are "looking out for you" - it will be no accident.

In "SPIN STATE" - a sci-fi stunner written by an author born in the same year 2001: A space odyssey was released - a Quantum Era future is described using terms like pre-migration earth, the evacuation, the embargo, and yes, euth wards. It is a future that despite it's awesome technological advances, discovers the basis of that technology is a non-renewable resource. A dying resource. That, however, is not the similarity to our world that leaps off the page at a reader who has taken a break from Town Hall TV. In this passage, one can see the fear driving anyone who fears “the other”, and operates on a “not one of us” basis. Where that fear leads, and the failures it produces.

In this world, we should pay attention to what fails before we all find out too late, what was truly too big to fail.

What could be more horrific than watching De Niro as Al Capone, gaining the trust of his cronies during a pep talk conducted with a baseball bat for emphasis? A deception that ends when that same bat is brought down full force on an unsuspecting thug's skull. Answer? Watching someone "sitting in" for Glenn beck, ranting at anti-stimulus graphics using a BASEBALL BAT as a pointer.

A real jaw-dropper. Whether he was pointing or not, it was clear that he was armed and dangerous.

Like the members of Capone's dinner party that didn't have their brains splashed across the china, the FOX NEWS audience has given their trust and allegiance to a 24/7 pep talk, perhaps with the guilt-ridden hope that the mortal blow will be dealt to someone else. Someone not part of "the team".

Their team.

And there's nothing MSNBC can do about it. With the slanderous “tin-foil hat” name-calling of the Birthers, Matthews to Maddow have sunk to the same level as the propaganda they were the only factual response to; losing their pre-impersonation integrity, and anyone not on "their" team in the process.

Two idiot armies, ready to fight America's 4th Civil War. The first conflict, fought to abolish slavery. The 2nd, to keep those free slaves from having the civil rights that proved they were actually free. The third battle was against the Hippies and all those who discovered, championed, then actually practiced Higher Consciousness during summers of Love. Now, those who lost the first three (but refuse to admit it, and fight on) have pitted us against ourselves. A battle a hidden third party is determined to win, no matter who suffers this time. A war someone will have to lose no matter what.

With commentators drawing down on each other like a really bad alternate ending to Reservoir Dogs, is it any wonder that the American viewer; conditioned to unconsciously mimic what they see on TV and accept same as true, have assumed the worst and are determined to "get theirs" before someone else does?

The only reason the Donny Deutsch of FOX NEWS switched to a less threatening Hannity-like baseball when he signed off without saying his name, may have been an intern or producer shouting: “Jesus!, lose the bat! Sterling may be watching.”

Little comfort to a single Mom awaiting word from the hospital about her oldest son; himself a victim of a thug with a baseball bat.

Mercifully, she wouldn't have been watching Glenn Beck.

I once pointed out the horror of Administration officials fleeing to their helicopter when advanced upon by suddenly dangerous zombies out for revenge. The look of frozen panic on Obama's representatives confronted by Town Hell yellers is almost as bad. Trickle-down insult has made it's way to the bottom and is rising like a clogged toilet. Even Rachel Maddow doesn't look quite sure of her safety on her own set as she reports on 'the horror' she herself helped encourage.

George W. Bush ran on "changing the tone" in Washington.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

The Founding Fathers made provisions to keep the 'mob' from decisions they weren't capable of making. Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, and those they've whipped into sudden dangerousness, are finally proving them right - though in their distraction - they fail to see the real danger.

MSNBC: The Smart Mop of Cable News

So begins a new Smart Mop campaign worthy of THE MGT that advocates mopping up a spilled soft drink so efficiently that you can squeeze the lost soda back into your glass and drink it.

So much for the 5-second rule. Thrown under the bus along with "innocent until proven guilty" and "finishing your term" in elected office.

When next the Smart Mop attacked ketchup, mustard, and sand spilled on that very same floor, I found myself holding my breath, waiting to see if they would shake out the recovered summer-time debris on some beach-goer's hot dog.

Next week. When those Iranians who don't believe the man being sworn in as President deserves the title, will once again, risk life and limb to protest his assuming office when they don't believe he qualifies. After an election they don't think he won.

MSNBC however, may have done even more damage in just over 6 days. In that time, Chris Matthews pretends to have stumbled on the "Birther movement", quickly linking it to the 9-11 Truthers, thus proving the tactics used against Ron Paul during the campaign (Giuliani, Thompson, et al...) are still virulent. Especially when denigrating those who would question what they're told with every demoralizing elementary school playground name you can call a 4th Grader, and a few modern ones few baby-boomers deserve. Especially those that grew up being taught that Soviet "purges" were proof enough of an Evil Empire.

MSNBC.

MSNBC. Where two rabid Anti-Birther 3rd stringers query a guest's assertion that the new GI:JOE film doesn't depict the american hero of that name. He even went as far as to lament the lack of Hollywood releases showing our soldiers in a heroic light. Donny Deutsch disagreed violently claiming the opposite, but couldn't come up with any titles when pressed. Deutsch could only call his guest IGNORANT because of his "unpatriotic" claim. One Donny KNEW was wrong though he KNEW nothing. The Guest went on to reveal that GI:JOE was now an acronym for Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity. Operating out of Brussels.

HARD BREAK.

Then back to Michael Jackson's doctor-shopping. NO MENTION of Rush Limbaugh's expertise and experience in that area, or his drug aliases.

PURGE IS AS PURGE DOES.

But Rachel Maddow should know better. Not what she was, she has followed the rest of MSNBC's ON-AIR personalities into the darkness previously occupied only by the name-callers at FOX NEWS. MSNBC; having linked Truthers to Birthers, Birthers to Obama's Birth Certificate, and legislation to demand Birth Certificates of future Presidents to treason, is actually chasing down Elected Officials on Capitol Hill and demanding ON-AIR statements of fealty to Obama in the best Bill O'Reilly fashion. A despicable tactic originally exposed by MSNBC. Rachel unfortunately, takes it a step further, and actually compares Birthers to those who have seen Bigfoot.

"Exposing" a congressional letter sent to her, she fails to see the difference between the sentences in red and those in grey, intimating that they are of equal importance, and those who don't agree have been warned. Reporting reduced to opposing "variations on a theme", with the theme more important than the variations and the facts they may contain.

Before being elected president, then-Senator Barack Obama was plagued with questions about whether or not he is a natural-born citizen of the United States as the Constitution requires. To refute these claims, the Obama campaign in June of 2008 released a certification of live birth stating Barack Obama was born in the State of Hawaii in 1961.

Before giving birth, the suits claim, President Obama's mother traveled to Kenya with his father, but was prevented from flying back to Hawaii because of the late stage of her pregnancy, and therefore, gave birth to the president in Kenya.

At the time of birth, the suits contend, President Obama's father was a Kenyan citizen subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, thus handing down British citizenship to the president, while his mother was a minor at the time of birth, too young to confer American citizenship.

Moreover, critics argue, his grandmother claims to have been present at the birth in Kenya. Other suits claim that even if the president was born in the United States, he lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia.

As a historical matter, U.S. citizenship can be forfeited upon undertaking of the various acts including naturalization in a foreign state.

Rachel, NO JOB IS WORTH BETRAYING SLAVES TO THEIR MASTERS. Not even if doing so results in a loosening of your own chains.

The original pre-inaugural Berg suit was brought solely to keep Republican attention from the possibility that everything Barack Obama accomplishes is forfeit at a moments notice. Imagine what they would have done to Barack Obama if he had stood with Collins, Aldrin, and Armstrong, and committed the United States to establishing a Martian Colony to ensure the survival of the Human Race.

None of the droogs in the "WE REPORT, YOU DECIDE" bunch, no matter what logo they serve under, mentions the Elephant that has refused to leave the room for four decades - that we could have been celebrating an American presence on the Red Planet with a live broadcast from ZUBRIN BASE, instead of waxing nostalgic over what we haven't done since "THEY'RE ON THE MOON!" flashed across scoreboards everywhere.

It's sickening, especially when you think about what is coming to the tv entranced millions. You're not in such a good place on the planet if things get stupid, as you know they will. “What's the difference between BUSH/CHENEY protecting America from another 9-11, and O.J. Simpson looking for the ‘real’ killer?”

I caught Thomas P.M. Barnett giving his NEW MAP briefing AT THE PENTAGON where he preached to the choir about why we were going to war and why we'd KEEP going to war, and was stunned to see the hidden message in the timeline he used. Starting with 9-11; which he described as a Gordian Knot blow - GOOD when Alexander did it - against America, delivered by those who could strike in no other way, he showed how Bush delivered his own attack on the entire Middle East and a possible Caliphate (not to mention seizing another country's oil fields - BAD when Saddam did it - and building mega-bases in the heart of that possible Caliphate) with the invasion of Iraq. All this presented as a good thing. Looking at the graphic depicting these twin axe attacks on the splintering door of History however, one immediately saw the actual link between 9-11 and the invasion of Iraq. The latter wasn't possible without the former, and those who stood to gain from one, gained from the other.

* One last thing about Obama - the only good thing I'll say for now. During the Alfred Smith Dinner where DC's elite gathered to see McCain and Obama make fun of each other, I watched as the nasty side came out of the Senator from Arizona. Funny himself, he couldn't help wading into the deep & dirty "More American than You" waters his running mate would eventually jump into fouling them even more, as he got laughs with jokes designed to set the bar way too high for Obama who would follow him. Jokes that didn't bring humor to his eyes. Laughter, though real, that didn't last. Brought NO JOY to the hearts assembled. Hearts that hungered for more, not less. A disingenuous routine that only made me uncomfortable. It was good to see him lighten up even though it only revealed his real goal; not to make people laugh, but to make his opponent look bad. Obama didn't just clear the bar - he sailed over it like it wasn't even there - and everyone, McCain included, breathed an audible sigh of relief as they finally got to see what they had been waiting for. Maybe things began to turn around at that very moment, and Obama will sail over the obstacles placed in his way since just as easily.

If so, I, and those like me, may finally STAND DOWN, "turn the page", and welcome the new Administration. Forgive us if our caution is kind of like Jeremiah Johnson saying "HOW" to an Indian.

If he's as cool as those who have finally won - all those that are hungry still - hope he is, he'll understand.

The most beautiful woman in Glendora told me that back in the 70's, and she was right.

“What is truth?”; the three words that condemned Jesus, have been shortened to three syllables for the ironic Post-Modern World... “Whatever!”

Post-Modern Irony is NOT my term. I heard it during the Hollow Days after being asked how “I was doing”. I may have been mistaken trying to answer with the fact that “Your Money Or Your Life”; the grisly game-show from TIME BANDITS, was pretty much “all TV / all the time” 17 years later. My mistake may have been in answering at all. Though not interrupted by the proclamation that THAT was “Post-Modern Irony”, my attempt to point out that whatever you labeled it, DEAL OR NO DEAL, The Biggest Loser, or Are You Smarter than A 5th Grader?, was not what Terry Gilliam had in mind. A mind that may have been warning against a world that need not have come to pass. A point subtly negated by the Holiday Spirit and someone who just wanted to change the subject.

William Ayers was finally interviewed on Cable News AFTER the election. Asked over and over again by the Billy Mays of MSNBC if he was repentant, or wanted to confess on NATIONAL TV to the acts that allowed Sarah Palin to accuse Barack Obama of palling around with Terrorists before it was revealed that she herself, had been palling around with OxyContin Junkies, Ayers continued to push for a chance to speak to a larger picture. The slavering Chris Matthews may have had a point as he had been a Capitol policeman during the time of the bombings in question, but he had no right to bludgeon his guest solely to get the one answer he wanted (WE DO NO TORTURE. Unless...). Ayers finally succeeded where Ward Churchill had failed before him, and got a reluctantly civil Matthews to ask what had struck the "Domestic Terrorist" most about the "historic" campaign. William Ayer's answer: “the dishonesty of the narrative” dropped News Anchor's jaws everywhere, and took the words right out of my mouth.

I don't believe he's been interviewed since.

There is much this hope-addicted country* desperately doesn't want to hear; itself, a subject of inquiry if there ever was one, but asking questions has been replaced with not looking for answers, or not allowing them to be asked in the first place.

After all, “What is truth?” might open an inconvenient dialogue when “Whatever...” is such an easy way to avoid a discussion entirely.

All this, as the Bush Doctrine pushes us to the brink of war with Russia, with Iran, with North Korea, with Venezuala, with Pakistan. PAKISTAN; whose rules of engagement now include FIRING on U.S. forces in response to Predator/Hellfire attacks within their borders that apparently killed only sleeping Pakistanis.

My Mother gave me permission to speak for her, but I left that meeting knowing that an explanation of the fall back position of the CERN scientists who were going to fire up the Large Hadron Collider the next day (even if we do create a black hole capable of ending all life on Earth, we won't know about it for 5-6 years), would have fallen on deaf ears.

Federal regulations give cellular companies the right to come into our neighborhoods and put their poles in any right-of-way (ROW). Our local laws offer us some protection from these cell towers, but Federal regulations override that. The City logically prefers not to waste funds getting into another lawsuit, even if they are to win."

"The City cannot deny these sites based upon health concerns (even if they agree with us!). The FCC negates that concern, which makes NO sense to me. Cellular companies have lobbyists fighting for their benefit and apparently the public doesn’t so the FCC regulations are in favor of the cell companies."

"Some people feel this fight is too big to handle. We can do this if we are diligent and dedicated to this matter. Other cities have managed to prudently and successfully ban cell sites in residential neighborhoods and I intend to speak with those City attorneys to find out how they worked around the Federal (FCC) regulations. If it was done once, it can be done again."

So, some animals ARE more equal than others.

I will just add that every Morton-Thiokol engineer; men intimately familiar with the operational limits of their solid rocket booster O-rings, pleaded at numerous NASA meetings NOT TO LAUNCH Challenger under such appalling conditions, even though the unacceptable criteria were technically within NASA's parameters. They finally refused to sign off on the launch. The inertia of money invested and time spent won out over safety and ethics. Seven astronauts were murdered, a shuttle destroyed, and the United States space program set back years. The people who doomed the events of that day probably kept their jobs.

T-Mobile's solution is to move their antenna twenty yards to an equally dangerous location (their convenience, not ours) and force us to repeat the process (our inconvenience, not theirs) until they can piggy-back the new streetlamp that was probably designed for the application in the first place. There are a lot of new streetlamps on my street. How many on yours? How long before we all go to sleep under a layer of electro-magnetic hazard no one can prove will not harm our children's children's children?

Looks like the Greatest Generation finally loses.

*The telecommunications industry is trying to stop all citizen influence on restricting cell tower sites. On July 11, 2008, the Cellular Telephone Industries Association (CTIA), petitioned the FCC to declare new limitations on local zoning authority as it affects cell tower siting. A deadline for public comments was set as September 15, 2008, by the FCC.

Specifically, CTIA requests the Federal Communications Commission to:

1. Force municipalities to act on wireless antenna or tower zoning applications within 45 or 75 days.

2. Rule that applications are automatically deemed granted if a local government misses the FCC's deadline.

3. Prevent municipalities from considering the presence of service by other carriers in evaluating an additional carrier's application for an antenna site.

4. Pre-empt any local ordinance that would automatically require a variance for cell tower applications.

If Steven Spielberg can return to Close Encounters Of The Third Kind and add some scenes, I can finish off this post on September 23rd - the 7th anniversary of Bob Abel's death - 13 days after I started it.

I have been a little busy.

When I first moved into my "office" above the back door in 1976, one of the first things I noticed was an 8X10 glossy of a very young, VERY skinny Franken & Davis in their wizard outfits. Just yesterday, FOX NEWS was ready to lynch Al over a SNL skit unfavorable to John McCain.

Much has changed, and not all for the greater good.

Maybe it IS just Eloi and Morlocks. In 1976 I wasn't worried about Neophiles vs Neophobes, Dharmacrats or Republicants, Us & Them, because I knew there was no contest. Now, though I wake up outnumbered, I know I was right.

Love will always triumph over fear.

I didn't move to Hollywood to make movies, but I soon came to realize I was there to make "The Movie". To Richard Taylor's credit, the night we discovered that TITAN and FLYBY were both about the Rock Messiah, and I actually went as far as to say "...and that's me!", didn't change our ability to work together towards what we now knew was a common goal.

STAR TREK: TMP's 40 million dollar budget is not even the steam rising from the 700 BILLION dollar pile of bail-out that threatens to GO WIDE as I write this.

Hannity won't strangle Colmes on the air. It will be more effective to watch Alan melt under the new public scrutiny and denounce his previous "good cop" positions faster than Steve Centanni denounced Islam.

The last Native American Church ceremony I attended, a young man asked for permission to leave the tipi - and didn't come back. We were told something about the missing teen-ager's predicament, and by the time he returned, he was welcomed by 25+ strangers, who made him feel safe and welcome. Attorney General Mukasey waves off the final attempt to bring SOMEONE/ANYONE to justice for the political firings by graduates of Regents University of U. S. Attornies that didn't answer "What about George W. Bush makes you want to serve him?" correctly. Saying, in effect, that "all crimes are not criminal". AN "ALL PRIORITIES RESCINDED" SHOT ACROSS OUR BOW IF THERE EVER WAS ONE.

And then there's Denver.

The DNC has rented a warehouse in Denver to hide the GITMO "Sally Ports"; razor-wire cages they intend to put "Protestors" in, as the RNC did but four years before.

Perhaps, for when some 18 year-old starts the "WHERE'S COLBERT?" chant.

Whatever we see in the next few weeks, you can be sure it'll be great TV, although the real news won't be on TV.

What has restrained Them? What has served for Their guidance hitherto?

In the beginnings of the structure of society, They were subjected to brutal and blind force; after words - to Law, which is the same force, only disguised, in order to draw the conclusion that by the law of nature right lies in force.

Political freedom is an idea but not a fact. This idea one must know how to apply whenever it appears necessary, with the bait of an idea to attract the masses of the people to one's party for the purpose of crushing another who is in authority. This task is rendered easier if the opponent has himself been infected with the idea of freedom, or LIBERALISM, and, for the sake of an idea, is willing to yield some of his power. It is precisely here that the triumph of Our theory appears; the slackened reins of government are immediately, by the law of life, caught up and gathered together by a new hand, because the blind might of the nation cannot for one single day exist without guidance, and the new authority merely fits into the place of the old already weakened by liberalism.

In Our day the power which replaced that of the rulers who were liberal is the power of Gold. Time was when Faith ruled. The idea of political freedom is impossible to realize because no one knows how to use it with moderation. It is enough to hand over a people to self-government for a certain length of time so that They can turn themselves into a disorganized mob. From that moment on, We get internecine strife which soon develops into battles between classes, in the midst of which States burn down and their importance is reduced to that of a heap of ashes.

Whether a State exhausts itself in its own convulsions, or whether its internal discord brings it under the power of external foes - in any case it can be accounted irretrievably lost: IT IS IN OUR POWER. Is it possible for any sound logical mind to hope with any success to guide crowds by the aid of reasonable counsels and arguments, when any objection or contradiction, senseless though it may be, can be made and when such objection may find more favor with the people, whose powers of reasoning are superficial? Humans en masse, and the men of the masses, being guided solely by petty passions, paltry beliefs, traditions and sentimental theorems, fall prey to party dissension, which hinders any kind of agreement even on the basis of a perfectly reasonable argument. Every resolution of a crowd depends upon a chance or packed majority, which, in its ignorance of political secrets, puts forth some ridiculous resolution that lays in the administration a seed of anarchy.

The political has nothing in common with the moral. The ruler who is governed by the moral is not a skilled politician, and is therefore unstable on his throne. He who wishes to rule must have recourse both to cunning and to make-believe. Great national qualities, like frankness and honesty, are vices in politics, for they bring down rulers from their thrones more effectively and more certainly than the most powerful enemy. Such qualities must be the attributes of Their kingdoms, as We must in no wise are guided by them.

Our right lies in force. The word "right" is an abstract thought and proved by nothing. The word means no more than: Give me what I want in order that thereby I may have a proof that I am stronger than you.

Where does right begin? Where does it end?

In any State in which there is a bad organization of authority, an impersonality of laws and of the rulers who have lost their personality amid the flood of rights ever multiplying out of liberalism, We find a new right - to attack by the right of the strong, and to scatter to the winds all existing forces of order and regulation, to reconstruct all institutions and to become the sovereign lord of Those who have left to Us the rights of Their power by laying them down voluntarily in their liberalism.

Our power in the present tottering condition of all forms of power, will be more invincible than any other, because it will remain invisible until the moment when it has gained such strength that no cunning can any longer undermine it.

In order to elaborate satisfactory forms of action it is necessary to have regard to the rascality, the slackness, the instability of the mob, it's lack of capacity to understand and respect the conditions of it's own life, or it's own welfare. It must be understood that the might of a mob is a blind, senseless, and unreasoning force; ever at the mercy of a suggestion from any side We control. The blind cannot lead the blind without stumbling into the abyss; consequently, members of the mob, upstarts having no understanding of the political, cannot come forward as leaders of the mob without the mob fearing they will only lead the whole nation to ruin.

Only one trained from childhood for independent rule can have understanding of the words that can be made up of the political alphabet We have created.

A people left to itself, i.e., to upstarts from its midst, brings itself to ruin by party dissensions excited by the pursuit of power and honors and the disorders arising therefrom. Is it possible for the masses of the people calmly and without petty jealousies to form judgment, to deal with the affairs of the country, which cannot be mixed up with personal interest? Can they defend themselves from an external foe? It is unthinkable; for a plan broken up into as many parts as there are heads in the mob, loses all homogeneity, and thereby becomes unintelligible and impossible of execution.

It is only with a despotic ruler that plans can be elaborated extensively and clearly in such a way as to distribute the whole properly among the several parts of the machinery of the State: from this the conclusion is inevitable that a satisfactory form of government for any country is one that concentrates in the hands of one responsible person. Without an absolute despotism there can be no existence for civilization which is carried on not by the masses but by their guide, whosoever that person may be. The mob is savage, and displays its savagery at every opportunity. The moment the mob seizes freedom in its hands it quickly turns to anarchy, which in itself is the highest degree of savagery.

Behold the deluded, shackled with such attachments and burdens, the right to pursue same comes along with freedom. It is not for Us and Ours to walk that road.

Our countersign is - Force and Make-believe. Only force conquers in political affairs, especially if it be concealed in the talents essential to statesmen. Violence must be the principle, and cunning and make-believe the rule for governments which do not want to lay down their crowns at the feet of agents of some new power. This evil is the one and only means to attain the end, the good. Therefore We must not stop at bribery, deceit and treachery when they should serve towards the attainment of Our ends. In politics one must know how to seize the property of others without hesitation if by it We secure submission and sovereignty.

Americans have one more chance - perhaps the last - to prove to the World we are not murderous, pathological, or some insane combination of both.

There is no way to tell if the 1st iParty speech posted after I announced my intentions - “Impeach & Apologize” - was of any help, but I appreciate that over 73% of Americans currently want BUSH/CHENEY impeached - even if, when asked if the fact that that a slightly lower percentage of the American People finally want the war in Iraq to end - Dick Cheney simply responds with a smirking, mono-syllabic “So?”.

If he can be so cavalier about the deaths of tens of thousands of Human Beings sacrificed for the profit of himself, and those that put him into office for two terms, how concerned do you think he is about his insane, pathological, murderous arrogance causing the deaths of hundreds of thousands more?

Years ago, my Father didn't think much of the Dalai Lama because he couldn't see what He'd done for his country. I knew he meant that he himself would have done more if it had been him. He'd certainly done all he could for his Country, and me.

Since 1949; when the War on Terror actually began with the shots ignored around the world, the rest of the world has been saying: “So?”

TODAY; with our Secretary of State and Vice President being politely thrown out of every country (except Israel) they make their pitch in, YOU can finally say “FREE TIBET OR ELSE!”, or else be faced with the same argument used to justify the horror of Iraq - “Things are so bad NOW, we can't afford to lose BECAUSE THEY'LL JUST GET WORSE...” - when it's used to justify not pissing off the Chinese. This, from those who committed America to surging american troops into occupied Iraq to crack down on the insurgency of occupied Iraqis. Politicians responsible for the deaths of over 4,000 American troops, and in debt over 3 trillion dollars to China, Saudi Arabia, and who knows who else.

Bush IS the spoiled brat who cannonnballs into the country club pool, then repeats his offense because “Everyone's wet anyhow...”

The latest thing the EXILED Dalai Lama has done for his country is to offer to “step down” in order to stop the imprisonment and eventual slaughter of his people (enough for my Mother to proclaim him a “Good Man”). He has even offered to “officially” support China's sponsorship of the 2008 Olympics; both acts of a true leader.

It IS up to the rest of us to step up and do what even He cannot.
